Built in 1912
In 1998 restored windows of various types: double hung wooden, ornate steel casement, and leaded glass windows, as well as lead abatement and disposal. Additional wood and leaded window restoration in 2000.

Built in 1912
Restored 100 ornate windows with severe termite damage and replaced the colored glass.

Restored wooden windows, plaster walls, and ceilings.

Restored windows, doors, and shutters incorporated in a three-day teaching workshop for State Parks personnel from various locations around the state of Florida.

Masonic Building/Plaza Theater, Leesburg, Florida

Built in 1912
Restored 40 double hung windows, repaired exterior stucco and cornice, and painted the exterior of the building. Also European style plaster theater repair, stripped paint from and repaired stairs and theater door, cleaned leaded glass and copper framing, and restored embossed metal ceiling.

Prince Murat House, St. Augustine, Florida

Built in 1790
Restored complete exterior (coquina stone and stucco) and made general repairs to windows, woodwork and electrical service. The original building was one story with measurements in Spanish; the second story was added under English occupation.

Built in 1909, Auditorium added in 1917
Restored floor-to-ceiling bronze doors.
